You might have noticed that the majority of writing out there is absolutely awful.
I mean they’re all either boring, a lot of ramblings or sleep-inducing.
It’s almost as if people are not aware that good writing is the best way to attract more clients, grow your business, and beat all your competition.
It’s a superpower in a way.
It doesn’t even matter where you live either every country and every language has the same issue!
Why? There are plenty of reasons. School has failed us, writing isn’t speaking……we can play the blame game.
But that’s not the real question, the real question is.
How Do We Fix It?
We won’t get into the subject of a sentence, verbs or pronouns.......... We’ve heard enough of that throughout our lives.
What we’re going to talk about is how to write words that sell.
Let’s get into it:
Most people have never identified the tricks you can use to improve whatever you’re writing.
The first step is always to ease someone into reading whatever you wrote.
It wouldn’t matter if you could write the world’s best article or make the most compelling argument…..if they clicked off before you got the point.
Imagine a newspaper with a lot of clutter.
When you look at that page, your brain gets frustrated and doesn't even want to read it.
Which would you prefer to read the newspaper or an article like the one you’re reading right now?
The article looks much more digestible than a newspaper, doesn’t it?
That’s because I make it easy for you to get into.
Short paragraphs. No complex sentences. No endless ramblings.
What about Long Form Content?
So does that mean you should make everything short and easy? Like how you speak to a toddler?
No not at all. You do need to format your stuff precisely.
Condense it down. It doesn’t matter what type of content, you need to hook the reader and keep them going.
That’s just the start, much more is coming.
